St Christopher’s House

Converting a Victorian building into apartments in Euston, Central London.

Caldera converted the fifth floor of the Victorian St Christopher’s building in Euston into two three-bedroom apartments, complete with roof gardens.

We carried out these works within a heavily occupied setting, taking a careful approach so as not to disturb neighbours. All parties involved on the scheme worked as a close knit team to achieve this.

Key features of the new property include terrace gardens, new Crittall windows, integration of entry phone, telephone and satellite systems along with high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation.
